They were local and they were fantastic. A builder who is a friend of mine uses them a lot and they gave me a good deal. They were very patient and they took a lot of time. They spent a lot of time with me in explaining. I thought that they were fair with their pricing. The only thing was that they may only come for the bigger projects but I don't know and people cannot call them for $100 basement job. I think that their model is larger basement renovations. I would not go to anybody else in the future.
