Ronny came over quickly to view our home setup, to see what we needed. He measured ducting runs, sizes, and calculated how much air would need to flow. No other company had ever done that before. I had a 3.5 ton unit, and he figured we needed a 4.5 ton, but I went with a Trane 5 ton to play it safe. He also informed me of energy rebates an tax credits we were eligible for. There price was very competitive, and came in over $5,000 lower than another company. It now has no problem cooling the house, and I can't wait to see the energy saving on my first electric bill after the install. I highly recommend Automatic Air!
