They provided air conditioning repair and charging to make cold air again. He's done a good job for me over the years. He is an honest, good heating and air conditioning man.

On Saturday, January 14th our furnace stopped working. I called John from Audubon on Sunday the 15th and he came out right away and spent quite a long time trying to figure out the problem. It seemed to be a problem with our circuit board, but when he replaced ours with a brand new one, the furnace continued shutting down after getting to a certain point. He then took the new circuit board out, put ours back, and after consulting with colleagues, replaced a switch in the furnace. That seemed to work, but then that night the furnace stopped functioning again.
John suggested I call LG&E after coming both Sunday and Monday, thinking that the problem was electrical, but not internal to the furnace (this after I'd had our excellent electrician from Horizon Electric take a look at our house's wiring as well; we'd had flickering lights and lightbulbs burning out over the past few days, too). This was an excellent suggestion! I called, and LG&E came and worked on the electrical wiring on our street. John called shortly before LG&E arrived and offered to come by and see what he could do with the furnace since we were without heat again; I didn't encourage him to come, since he couldn't do anything if the problem was an electrical one external to our house -- but he came anyway. I'm so glad he came! It was very helpful to have him present because he was able to tell LG&E what was going on with the furnace, and figure out what he needed to fix ours after LG&E left. He finished the job today, January 20th and I'm hopeful that all is well with our furnace now! It turns out the circuit board he put into our furnace was defective; it's impossible to know if the apparent fluctuation in voltage from the street may have ruined the new one (and maybe our old one). In any case, I'm glad he was able to finish the job. He came three or four times to get the job done right, yet only charged for labor for one of the visits. I'm so impressed with his professionalism, dedication and hard work.

Wonderful~!! I called and John said he was in the area and was here in 15 minutes. I new I had an issue. I had tried restarting, power to the unit, etc.
He showed up put the ignitor on (show me the old damaged one), put a new filter in (no charge) and was done and gone in about an hour. He explained everything to me. He cleaned up very well and I have heat~!!
He also replaced my son's AC and Heating unit this summer and gave him a very fair price on it.
I will be calling him now on for yearly inspections~!!
