A better quality product would be great. 2 years after we had purchased our furniture, our living room set, the decorative features on it started falling off. The living room is not the room that we use. We always use the family room that we bought furniture from another store on and this furniture was a tenth of the price and it is still going strong.
Their return is only guaranteed for one year, and they don't replace decorative features, I've had to epoxy them together for our living room furniture.
Their responsiveness is fine, they just tell you no.
I would not use them again.

Shopped at the J-town store on 5/4/2011. After answering our initial questions the salesman (John Dawson) WOULDN'T leave us alone. I asked him three different times...to the point of being rude...but he just wouldn't go away and let us be. He kept following me, within two or three feet. It was "creepy". I returned on 5/7/11 and to my dismay, there he was again. I purchased a sofa and love seat that I would need in one month. I also considered .purchasing two end tables, but as the price I was told on my initial visit of $231 was a "mistake" and the price was correctly $299 a piece, I didn't. After he placed the order, he informed me the "estimated" expected arrival would be 7/7/11, with as much as 30 days before it is considered "late". I blew up. Three months for delivery was something I think they should have told shoppers as soon as possible. I went ahead with the purchase with the understanding that a supervisor (Jason) would call the next day and see if they could move up the ship date and notify me. To this day, Jason has never called me. I called the delivery expediters twice and the good news is, the furniture arrived today (5/21/11) and the two young delivery men went to great lengths to get it in and set up. However, all told, I will never shop there again.
