.They offered free delivery on veterans day and my husband is a veteran. We did have one problem that is the frame broke.  Picking out was a great experience but after the frame broke and it took over 4 months to get it fixed was not a good experience. We won't use them again.

I purchased two bedroom sets with dressers and a kids bedroom bunk bed set with dressers.  They delivered the items and set them up.  They had a Veterans Day Sale with free delivery that we were able to use since my husband is a Veteran.  We did have some problems with a bed frame breaking after we purchased it.  It took about four months for the repair to be completed which was a bad experience.

I would not use this store again due to spending a lot of money and having a problem.  It took them about for months for the repair to be completed which was very frustrating.  Luckily we did have a warranty so there was not a charge for the repair.

We moved the bed 3 inches with no one in the bed and the entire bed just completely broke. It was like cardboard paper glued together. They said that they will not fix it because we did not pay for the warranty. They would not even give us store credit for the bed or replace it. My daughter has epilepsy and I am just thankful she didn't sleep in this bed and then it fall apart. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I FEEL LIKE THEY CHARGE A LOW PRICE, AND GIVE YOU AN INFERIOR PRODUCT. THEY CHARGE A LARGE AMOUNT FOR DELIVERY. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO BRING IT BACK YOURSELF. THERE WAS A PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. I HAD TO CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND THEN THEY WERE VERY PROMPT ABOUT TALKING TO ME.
