My name is Mitchell McCarty. I've been in the trades for longer than I can remember it seems... Over 25 years. Good chance that I've seen or should I save installed over every flooring situation out there. Carpet is not a big issue when it comes to floor preparation but hard surfaces like linoleum, laminates, hardwood, carpet tiles sometimes required specially work in order for the floor not to fail... Sometimes you can save money if you know certain applications that will achieve the same results without the high expense of let's say using a self leveling product verses a more inexpensive approach that my many years in the trade would allow me to pass onto you. Not to mention I'm a Master installer... If I was going to do a flooring job and hire someone, I'd find someone like me. I'd hire me....

I don't believe in making you feel stiffened in anyway but try to get a reasonable wage. You can always tip ne if you feel I didn't charge you enough. I might even sit down and brake bread with you. Would that be nice, instead of calling me to fix a problem, that's never going to happen, you invite me to brake bread...
