Arrow Moving and Storage people were friendly, the price was very reasonable and all of the movers were trustworthy. However, they were not very accurate when it came to labeling our belongings; I'm still trying to find things that, if they had been labeled properly, would be easier to find. All in all, a good group to work with, but a little careless with their labeling abilities.

This company was GREAT! I would use them again and would highly recommend them! I called approx one week before the move to schedule. A representative from the company came to my house two days later to go over the items to be moved and give me a quote. The day of the move they were at the house 5 minutes before the scheduled time. The gentlemen were extremely polite and courteous the entire day. They dismantled my beds and dressers, removed the art from the walls and proceeded to load all of my belongings onto the truck with great care. Once at the new house (three stories) they unloaded the truck putting all of the furniture in its proper place and reassembled all of the beds and dressers. Not one wall in either house or one piece of furniture was scratched or damaged in any way. They then presented me with the bill. Much to my surprise it was at the lower end of the quote! These guys were fantastic!

We made moving arrangements with A.Arnold Moving Co., but they did not show up on the scheduled moving day so they referred us to Arrow Moving and Storage Co. Everything went well, except that at a later date I found out that the back of our leather chair was scratched as if it had been dragged against a rough surface. The chair which was bought at the Ethan Allen store years ago has been well maintained and seldom used. This is the first time that it has been moved to a new house. I called Arrow to informed them of the damage and asked if they had a website to proceed with my claim. A person named Harry answered and told me that my call was the way to file a claim and that they have no website for the public to use; he further said that he would send me a letter within a few days to acknowledge the call. I received the letter and a call from him to set up an appointment to look at the chair. He came today, July 15, at 10:35 am. He inspected the chair and was looking for any flaw in the texture of the leather. He pointed out two or three old dripps blended into the leather at the site of the damaged area, that are barely perceptible. He said that the chair had been previously repaired (not to my knowledge); therefore, I could not file a claim. When I asked him what other recourse I have to file my claim, he said that his name is Harry Neutz, he is the owner of the Arrow Moving and Storage Co. and that he has decided to deny my claim based upon his inspection of the chair. He will follow up with the denial letter. According to him, the case is closed.

The representatives over the phone were professional and courteous. The movers were not specifically briefed on the contents to be moved. They had no records of any boxes on the work order. They worked quickly, but not very neatly and left my son's bedroom (the one with the most unpacked items, including toys and bedding) a complete mess. They would not disassemble my daughter's crib even though I warned them it would not make it into the new house assembled. Once the truck was full, they stopped packing, even though there were items still left to be moved. At the new house they complained about the number of stairs often. My walls were nicked in several places, which is to be expected, but one major defect was caused. When I pointed it out the response was "we didn't go that way, so we didn't do it." I was encouraged to give them a tip. The next day my son went to open a drawer on his chest and it was nailed shut. I called and they sent a third party to repair it and the drywall.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. CONSIDERING MY EXPECTATIONS, THEY DID WELL. THEY ALL HAD SHIRTS THAT SAID ARROW ON THEM. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND GUARDED OUR FLOORS. THEY DID WHATEVER WE ASKED. NOTHING GOT DAMAGED.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS GREAT. I WOULD CALL HIM FOR ANY OTHER MOVING WE MIGHT HAVE. WE COULDN'T FIND ANYONE ELSE ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND THEY MOVED US. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE BECAUSE IT WAS REALLY HARD WORK. THEY WERE WONDERFUL.
