APS Window & Gutter Cleaning

Terrible. The workers used a cleaning solution to clean outside of gutters which loosened up the dirt and debris. Unfortunately, they did not use a real pressure washer on the outside of the gutters. They used a high pressure nozzle on a regular garden hose and sprayed the two story gutters from the lawn. The result was gutters still covered in dirt and debris. I walked up the ladder and easily swiped the dirt away with my finger leaving a nice clean spot. When I showed the workers and asked them to wipe the gutters with a soft cloth or brush they stated the company will not do that because it takes too much time. I called the company and asked them to finish the job and wipe the outside but they refused to do so. Instead, they said i did not have to pay for that part of the service. That's great, but now i still have to find someone to do the job, still have dirty gutters, and have wasted my time using them. What is the point of hiring them to clean if they won't do the job right? There is no pride of workmanship with this company, they just want to make a fast buck and turnover as many customers as they can.
