My camera on my iPhone had a black spot showing up in all the photos I took. Went to the Oxmoor Apple Store and they replaced the phone under manufacture warranty. Total time spent: 15 minutes
My mother had purchased a new Apple Mac Book Pro and was having difficulty migrating her all of her old computer files over to the new computer. The staff at the Genius Bar helped me get it squared away and found me a spot to do the migration right then. Transfer took two hours and the staff check in with me several times to make sure everything went smoothly.
