Handled insurance claim, great customer service, and the repair was very professional. Highly recommend.

Beware the new electronics in your car. The lane assist warning camera pointing through my windshield would not work with the windshield from American Mobile. They refunded my money; but they did not fix the problem. My insurance company was not very pleased with that.

Perfect! The lady on the phone was friendly and explained the cost and expected wait time. I dropped off at the Bardstown Road location. The work was finished in about two hours. I was very satisfied.

They were very professional and got the job done as they promised, on time. She is very pleased with the results.

Cost was covered by insurance. I discovered the broken glass on my auto at 7:30AM and contacted American Mobile at about 9AM. The technician arrived at about 11AM with a replacement window in his truck. He worked quietly and steadily and was finished by 12:30PM. The quality seems to be an exact replacement for the original, heating elements, hinges, struts, washer and all.

They were lovely to me on the phone and in person and were very helpful working with my odd schedule.

I checked around and decided to use a local company vs a franchise. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised at the price. It was very competitive.
On the phone, after telling them the make and model, we set an appointment. I went to the Bardstown Rd. location, and was promptly taken care of. They told me it would take 3-4 hours to do the job, and were true to their word. There's a very small waiting room with about 5 chairs, not exactly comfortable to spend half a day, so I walked to the Krispy Creme about a quarter mile away to wait. Came back 3 hours later and the job was done. The technician even transferred my oil change sticker reminder to the new windshield!
We're in a drought so no rain for several weeks. Then a minor rain. My particular Volvo has a rain sensor, so the wipers automatically come on when it rains. Uh oh, it didn't work.
When I called them to let them know, no hassle, no making me feel petty, they actually send a technician out to my house to replace the sensor. Unfortunately, it still didn't work. They then ordered another windshield, sent him out to my house again to replace it, and voila! Success!
This company understands customer service. They did a job, and there was a problem. They did whatever it took to make me satisfied. Hopefully I won't ever need another windshield, but if I do, this is the company I will call.

We contacted American Mobile Glass because: (1) they have an excellent rating on Angie's List, (2) their web-site indicated that they repaired home windows in addition to auto glass (their primary service), and (3) they are a small business in my neighborhood and I like to buy from local businesses. Because American Mobile Glass primarily does auto glass they send home windows to a subcontractor shop for repair. Through a series of unfortunate events beyond their control, the repair process took much longer than anticipated. However, I gave American Mobile Glass excellent ratings because, throughout the process, they were responsive and professional and very concerned about me as a customer. So concerned that when it became clear that their subcontractor had dropped the ball and had created a problem with the repair process, American Mobile Glass completed the work at no cost to me. While I might not use them again for home window repairs, this is a company that deserves excellent ratings for standing behind their work and I would (and did) use them for auto glass repair; a service they also excel at.

They offered a good price and provided friendly service. They had to come back a second time as they originally measured the pane incorrectly, but returned the same day to complete the service. We were quite satisfied.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ACTUALLY CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO FIX IT WHICH WAS JUST GREAT.
