My AC wasn?t working properly when I turned it on for the first time this summer. My friend referred me to call Ron at All Weather Heating & Cooling. I received a call back the same day and Ron (the owner) came out the very next day. He was on time and very courteous as he examined my AC and recharged the Freon in the system. My AC worked well for the next ten or so days but then started blowing warm air again. I called Ron and again received a same day call back and he came the next day. He stood behind his work 100% and did not charge for this second service call. He found and repaired a leaking valve and recharged the system. A few hours later, the system again stopped cooling. Ron came back for a third time the next day. There was no service call fee for this third visit either, and he refunded the money I spent the day before on the additional Freon. So at this point I had only paid for his first visit. We decided that my system needed to be replaced. There was a large leak in the AC system in an inaccessible location and it was not worth trying to repair the 20 year old equipment beyond the measures already taken. The furnace was around 36 years old so it was time to replace it all. He quoted two different systems for me and was very thorough in defining and comparing the features of each, as well as answering my many questions. Just two days later he and his team replaced my entire HVAC system. The furnace unit I had chosen was not available that day from the distributor so I received upgraded equipment with a longer warranty at no extra charge! The entire system was installed and operational in one day. His crew was friendly and efficient and did not leave any mess behind.
Did you ever make a major purchase fully intending to register your warranty, only to forget or just get too busy to get it done? Ron knows that often people neglect to take that step of registering their warranties so he insists on doing that for his customers so it is sure to be done timely and correctly. He took care of all my warranty registrations for the purchased equipment and delivered all the paperwork to my door a couple days after the job was complete. I am very pleased with my new system and the way I was treated throughout the entire process. I am confident that if I should encounter any issues with the equipment that Ron at All Weather will make it priority to solve the problem to my satisfaction.

I got quotes on another new system in March and he was the lowest bidder. He and his crew were on time when they said they would be at my house to install the unit. The new Westinghouse is awsome. Very energy efficient and quiet ! My home is so much cooler with this newer technology.
He is very reliable and quick as a troubleshooter. He's never at the house very long.
