Purchased windows with lifetime warranty and they do know stand behind their products! Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

They are a local company and they provided excellent service and most competitive price. They were very professional throughout the entire process. They were timely. They came in and did a great job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The awning itself is fine- the proposal, delivery time and cost was no issue. The issue was the installer and the installation.
The installer brought his girlfriend and her dog. The awning is installed crooked and the installer left the stairs under the awning covered in the debris that came down with the old awning. The awning is installed over siding that is about to be replaced and so the awning will ultimately come down and be put back up by the siding installers- this is the reason I am not bothering with having Allied straighten out their crooked job. Its just more holes in my house at this point.

They were pretty good. There were some issues with the outside wood trim. It took a few calls but the did eventually come back to fix it.
