I was very impressed with All Shred, from the initial phone call to arrange service to the actual pick up today by one of the owners, Doug. He was very cleanly dressed and polite and helpful. He had trust written all over him. An excellent service for shredding sensitive documents. These folks know how to run a business.

They shredded three big boxes of documents for me, approximately the size of a large garbage can. It was very easy. I had the boxes in my living room. The gentleman showed up, picked up the boxes and took them out to the truck, emptied them into the trashcan, and shredded the documents while I watched. I plan to use them again when I help my dad clean out old documents from his house!

I was delighted to find a company that would come to our home to shred personal files accumulatilated for many years.
They arrived in the period that I expected, carried out crates, shredded and the fee was as had been described to me from our initial contact. They were professional, courteous, thorough, and, yes, I would certainly recomment All Shred for "at home" service. Thanks, guys.

I brought the documents to them, since i did not have a really large quantity. They were very fast and pleasant. Would use them again in an instant.

He arrived on time and filled a plastic bin full with the personal papers to be shredded. He took the bin to his truck and proceeded with the shredding. He asked if I wanted to see it being done. I could view the papers on a computer screen as they moved into the shredder. It was interesting to see the process. He was very cordial and polite.

The men were very pleasant and it did not take any time at all to shred a large garbage container full of paperwork.

They were particularly nice. The father was the one who was in charge when we got started with it. They came out here and carried, I don't know how many bankers' boxes and files out to the truck. Then they took it down to their shredding place downtown. They asked us to come because they were medical files, just to be sure. Then they give you a certificate that they've done it, because the files were really important. After we got all of that stuff out, I am particular about recycling, I asked them to take anything that had our address on it and put it in one box that I have for bills, mails and stuffs. The young guy came out and I asked if I could bring out one load thought it wouldn't fill any of their containers, because I wanted to know if they would do a very small amount of stuff. He said sure and that he would stop by and pick it up because it was on his way. That was really nice and when he came by was asked for his father, but the old guy had died, but the son was carrying it on. I think there are several other shredding companies around town and I had checked with all of them before I had all of that stuff done. They were less down-to-earth and you had to take everything to them. It was very expensive and less personal and more complicated as far as picking up the material. It was going to be outrageously expensive if they were to come to my house. I didn't go inside the All Shred office, but they have a nice system of shredding the vices and stuff and so we saw everything being shredded and knew that it was done right. I thought they were really good.

They are great because they do not put up any roadblocks up in front of you. They just come out to the house and get the stuff and shred it. They took 20 years of case records from my husband.
