I would give the workman an A but I would give the management a C. I didn't appreciate that management came out, sold the contract, disappeared, said that it would be done in a certain amount of time. After contacting them, I had a problem with them contacting me back. The price was fair. The men did do good work. The workmen were on time when they said that they would be here. When management said they would be here, they didn't show up. I have praise for the worker, the management: not so much. They told us it was a week project and it took 2 or 3 weeks. If they would have done it in the week, it would have been done, but they had too many pokers in the fire. I say the work itself was quality work, but there was no consistency, but it was strung out because they had too many jobs, so it took 3 weeks. The workers were professional and courteous. I have the utmost respect for the employees.

Everything went well from start to finish. Mark came out and gave the estimate and then I called the office to accept the bid. The showed up to do the work when they said they would and they worked with LGand E to make sure everything was up to code. I had two other bids before I went with All Brite and they were about the same as one of the contractors and lower than the other, so their price was competitive. The main thing I like was that they communicated and they showed up when they said they would. I have had the new panel now for about 5-6 months and have had not problems.
