Unfortunately, within days of my prior review of the installation, the system developed problems. After calling for an appointment I was given a time and subsequently the appointment was not kept. There was no communication advising of delays until 30 minutes prior to their arrival over three hours late. They did not have the parts needed for replacement as described above. It took an hour and a half to return with the parts. There was no further troubleshooting done to verify the problem was fixed other than to watch the system start up again. He left. By evening the heating was running full blast again reaching temperatures of 80 F (set-point was 71). I had to turn off the heating plant at the main switch to shut it down. I called for follow-up service Friday evening and left word ~ 7:00 pm. NO RESPONSE. I called again Saturday morning - NO RESPONSE. It is now Sunday morning and still no response. I would definitely NOT recommend this company for HVAC service. What is most embarrasing is that I have been making referrals for them for service and installation for two years. I have heard from one source that they also had similar experiences with this company.

They arrived on time and completed when they said they would. How much better does it get? Their pricing was very competitive and complete. There were no "Oh By The Ways" to incrementally increase the pricing.
The Honeywell thermostat had some problems right out of the box and was replaced quickly. There has been a need for follow-up service just once until today. It was resolved in a timely manner and the issue was corrected.
I will continue using them and recommend them to everyone I know.

The job went very well. I liked their price. They were attentive. When I did apples to apples, their prices were a lot better than the competitors. They added some things to my system like an extra vent, an extra return and didn't charge me anything for that. It was part of the price and that was asked for after we had an agreed price. So, they are not bad in that sense. They are pretty good. They also provide service after the installation and their prices are competitive for that too. I would use their services in the future.

I can honestly say I have never had a better customer experience. First of all, this was the only A/C business where I didn't get their voice-mail(every one of the 5 previous business I contacted went to voice-mail, though to be fair one did call me back later in the day) instead of an actual person. The receptionist was very personable, quoted me $40 for a service call, and set up an appointment 3 hours from the call. When the serviceman/owner(not sure which is correct) showed up, he fixed my A/C unit in under 5 minutes(somehow it had been switched off...) when he said the craziest thing I have ever heard in the world of service calls:"No Charge"That's not all though, he also hung around to answer some of my general questions, never pushing a sell. I know where my future business will be going to.A
