If you get Albanese, specifically ask for Tony. My mom has used him for years and likes his work. Dan and Tony are brothers, but I think their attention to detail and quality of work are miles apart.

Well, the copper pipes were great, and they were fine. Nice work, although they forgot that they would need new drains and then the total was over the estimate. But the thing that made us mad was a follow-up. The tub/shower drain did not drain right. We asked that they come and replace it. Fine, they did it. It was in the cellar, where we don't go much. We paid the regular price for this, no problem. A little while later we were in the cellar during a tornado warning and we said, OMG, the tub drain fell out! There it is! So they came back and said, you dummies, that was the old one, we just threw it on the floor when we finished. And then they charged us $75 for it. So we said, WHAT? You threw it on the floor and expect us to pay because that's confusing? So they sent us a new bill for $50, and guess what? The stupid piece of tub drain was still on the cellar floor. For $75, or $50 they couldn't pick the darn thing up? Anyway, that's when it ended. We paid the $50 and found a new plumber.

I AM NOT PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY ALSO FIXED THE FAUCETS AND I'M STILL HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE FAUCETS. THEY WERE ON TIME. NO, I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

WE'VE USED THEM FOR ALMOST TEN YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY ARE FAIR, PUNCTUAL AND NICE. I THINK THEY ARE HONEST. I RATED THEM WITH A B, BUT THEY HAVE GOOD WORK. WE'VE USED THEM FOR YEARS.
