Aire Serv of Louisville

I made the mistake of calling aire serve again, I truly regret giving them another chance to screw me over. I had them install a furnace for me back in 2018?? I thought that the new furnace was a lot better , heard alot more air coming from it , come to find out , they only put screws on the front of the sheet metal that goes over the A coil and just taped the reste of the seams ,very poor work . On 12/22/23 , I heard a dripping sound coming from my water heater , I made the mistake of calling Aire Serve and thought that since they had installed the water heater for me in 2019 , that they mihght give a break on the repair , I was so wrong and feel so stupid for giving them another chance , the first" technician" diagnosed the problem as a bad tank and said it needed to be replaced , , when the 2nd "technician showed up , he found out the drain vave and leaking were it went into the tank , and charged me $400 to replace the drain valve. My washer and dryer needed to be removed to acces my water heater and they wanted to charge me $250 to remove it , I had friend help me instead and it took less that 10 minutes to get it out I will never give Aire Serve another chance to burn me again and will tell almost every one I meet what high prices they charge and what poor quality work they do.

They replace my my inside and outside unit with a new heat pump system that works great.

They provided good and prompt service, but they had to return because the heat was still out. The cost was very high at the time and should have been detected earlier. I had to get someone else because they wanted to charge me a very high price and a service charge for coming back, although it had been less than 30 days. This was not right.

I got Nathan. He came almost an hour later I set the appointment. My heater was not working and Ive a baby at home so I needed it quickly. He explained everything I needed to know, as a newly single mom he talked to me about the maintenance that needs to be done and their plans if I was interested. He was fast, clean, I'm saving his card for future and I highly recommend the company and him.

Terrible experience. Daniel came out for a diagnostic and instructed us to check on a warranty with the system installer before we scheduled the repairs with Aire Serv. We checked on the warranty (there was none). We called Aire Serv back to complete the repair, and were greeted with Kara who was the rudest person I have ever met. She hung up on my wife. And eventually hung up on me as well. Long story short, Aire Serv is refusing to do the work since the original installer came out to check on the unit for a warranty (as we were instructed to do), and they are refusing to refund the diagnostic fee that was supposed to have been subtracted from the repair cost. When asked if I could talk to her supervisor she said, "honesty they're just really busy. It's our busy season and we are not going to do the work for you." I said, "you are going to have to hang up on me if you want me to go away. I'll wait to speak to a supervisor or manager." She said "ok" and hung up the phone.

The AireServ workers did a great job on cleaning my ducts and servicing my HVAC system.

AIREServ representative was very nice and worked with me to find best price for new furnace and air conditioner.Everything replaced in one day. I would definitely recommend them!

They did great work and even put in some parts that will prevent it from doing it again. Just a little more then I wanted to pay.

Our service was covered under a home warranty that Universal covered. The service was very good and we plan on using Universal again. My technician was Joey and I was quite pleased.
