I guess they are alright.  I use them specifically for their service twice a year for heating and air conditioning.  They are professional.  Their price is average.  I might use them in the future unless I find somebody better.  They are just okay and not outstanding.  They were better but they have flaked up quite a bit.  People can use them but they are not outstanding.

Almost instant service - technician was here within 15 minutes if my call. Very diplomatic technician who did not make a big deal about my error in installing batteries. Very pleasant experience

My experience with them was very good. They were very honest and straightforward. They returned my calls. When they installed the furnace, they did exactly what they told me they were going to do. They cleaned up their mess. The guys were nice and polite. They've followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was okay. They were very good. I don't have any negative to say about them.

When we woke up that morning, it was freezing in our house. The thermostat was set on 64 but it was only 51 in our house. We could hear the fan running, but it obviously wasn't pushing hot air. My husband went down to see if he could figure out what was happening, but we are new homeowners and don't have very much experience with heating and ac. We wanted to use a company in our neighborhood so we called Affordable who also had good ratings on Angie's List. The technician arrived exactly when he said he would. He quickly identified the problem and told us the solution. A little piece of rust had fallen down on another component and caused it to go bad. My husband had lots of questions and the technician was very patient and answered them all. We will definitely use Affordable Air Conditioning again for all of our HVAC needs.

They did a very professional job. I have been their customer for about 20 years. The company has been very helpful in the past with emergency service.

Serviceman was polite & thorough. He cleaned up after himself. My only complaint is that he was an hour late.

SO FAR, I'VE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB WITH THINGS. THEY SEEM TO TRY AND GET IT RIGHT. THEY JUST FIXED A PROBLEM THAT THEY FOUND DURING A ROUTINE CHECK.

THEY WERE FAIRLY PROMPT AND WE HAVE WORKED WITH THEM IN THE PAST. IT WAS A FAIRLY GOOD QUOTE CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF WORK THAT WE NEEDED TO HAVE DONE. THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE OUT THE BROKEN UNITS AND PUT IN NEW ONES.
