The leaf cleanup went fairly well, I would say about 85%. They trimmed the yard properly. They "forgot" to clean the gutters the day of the job. The owner Rocky Allen wasn't there when I got there to inspect and pay. His son and a couple other teenagers were. I don't know if Rocky was ever there. I noticed the gutters weren't cleaned, which was my MAIN priority and he knew that. The son apologized for the mixup and shook my hand and looked me in the eye and promised me he would be back to finish the job the next day. So I trusted him and paid it all up front, I am too trusting.
They never showed up the next day, I had to pester them. They promised to come back several times and didn't show up. Mostly because he said "he forgot", he was busy with other customers, his son forgot. It got 1/2 done 7 days later and never finished. Now he doesn't return my calls or texts. I got ripped off by Rocky Allen and Advanced Lawn Care, Louisville, KY
