Adex Construction

From start to finish Tim with Adex did an outstanding job.  He drafted a CAD drawing of what the deck would look like and my deck was built exactly to the plans.  He used the best materials available.  He came when he said and did what he said.  Pricing was very fair.  Couldn't be happier!  Will definitely use Adex again for other projects!  Thanks Tim!

Tim asked what kind of flooring I would like.  He recommended some various products and suggested some places to look at what i wanted.  Once I picked it out, he told me the amount i would need and offered to pick it up for me at Lowes, but I ended up bringing it home myself.  I didn't get enough  "floor pad" to cover the entire kitchen plus the landing.  Tim had some extra and provided it to me for no extra cost.  He asked if we wanted the pattern (tile looking laminate) installed in a square pattern or an offset.  He recommended offset, but left it up to us.  We followed his recommendation and are glad we did.  Before he left, he hooked up the dishwasher for us, since we moved it across the kitchen and didn't want to drill holes in the new floor.  We were willing to call a plumber, but Tim said it was not a big problem and took care of it for us.  Everything works great and we couldn't be happier!
