The contractor was easy to reach by phone and he scheduled the work for the next business day. On the scheduled work day, he called ahead when he was on the way to the house. When he arrived, he did the work carefully and professionally.

Mark was timely and able to get to us the same day. Diagnosed mouse infestation in the attic, and found the portal of entry. Caulked and set out bait. Whole job was less than an hour to reach a solution! Outstanding job!

Mark was knowledgeable, courteous and skilled. He was able to come the same day we called, did the job quickly, and made sure to warn about the dangers of the situation.

The mole was caught while the traps were being installed. There have been no issues since the removal of that one mole.

Set trap. Relocated 3 squirrels from the entrance way attic. Closed up squirrel entrance hole.

Took about 2 weeks and promptly removed the squirrels once they were caught. Price a little high but They had to travel a long ways each time he came to my house.

Perfect. They did the job in one day. Caught the mole and resolved my problem in less than 24 hours. It does not get any better than that!

He came out and checked for entry points and put up an exclusion trap where my gutters were. Closed the hole on the other side of home said i a nice size gap between roof and gutters making a draft. Said once they smell the draft they chew holes to get in. Said I hear anything in attic or guttters give the squirrels time and they will come out on their own. Took about a little over one week and caught 4 squirrels. He said to call anytime and will remove the squirrels caught. I had 3 in one trap at one point. Very professional and honest. I would reccommend him. He also stated the trim that I recently had done by Tree-Tech was great, they did a good job compared to many he has seen.

This guy is the mole-whisperer. He catches the mole(s) while he is there;i.e., immediately. Seems to know right where to look. Has 30 day coverage. Moles seem to know how long to stay in neighbors yard until 40 + days then re-invade.

Mark did the job, and he got rid of the squirrels. He was very kind and helpful and asked me to call him if I ever heard any squirrels even if it was on a Sunday.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with. A gentleman all the way.

Mark showed up the same day we called, put out traps and caught the skunks over a 2-3 day period. He told us he released them into a and quot;city approvedand quot; release area and let mother nature figure the rest out (made my wife happy.) He even gave my neighbors a free bat-in-the-chimney evaluation while he was at our house. Very pleased with his services and will use him again if need be.
