Chris did an amazing job!  When the window company sent the wrong window, he called them and requested the replacement for us.  Chris patiently walked us through several of the window company's errors and returned several times to make sure that we had the correct window.  Replacement was flawless and he was very neat, tidy, conscientious, and friendly!  We are very grateful for the service that he provided.

Extremely clean could not tell that work had been done, Due to the fact that there are very few true repairmen in the window business had to wait, but does the work in the order that the contracts are received.( I had contacted all the major window companies, they sent salesmen out and tried to sell new windows at costs of 12 to 20 thousand dollars) Does not leave one project unfinished to go start another. Very personable and knowledgeable about windows and doors, been in business for over twenty years.

Chris is a polite, hard working contractor with great attention to detail. I was unable to close and lock a window leaving it wide open in the front of my house. Due to the urgency of my situation he worked me into his very busy schedule. I can't say enough good things about this very busy contractor

Repairs were completed carefully. These doors have NEVER worked as well as they did after he worked on them. There was no mess and all the repairs were explained completely. He also left his business card and reminded me that his repairs were guaranteed and we should not hesitate to call if there were any issues. I still can't believe how perfectly the door and screen door operate!! The cost was extremely reasonable compared to the time it took for everything to be perfect. Highly recommend this company.

Chris did a great job with our door. He was able to come out promptly to give an estimate, with a fair price and replacement the same week. Knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and left no mess behind. I called him after reading the negative Angie's List review. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate someone who can address problems that arise. I was very pleased and would hire and recommend again.

My wife was present for the initial estimate and Chris was one of 3 people that provided an estimate. She said that he was the most thorough with his inspection and provided a timely estimate. His price was very competitive but it was really his thoroughness that convinced us to go with his services. During the actual installation of the parts, Chris was again very thorough in showing me step by step on how to remove and re-install the windows so that I could paint them at a later date. He also provided a consultation on another newer window that we could not get to latch.
When he installed the window in the exterior door, he noticed that the door did not latch very easily so he went above and beyond to fix the door strikes so that the door was easy to lock and unlock. He did this with no prompting from me and I am truly appreciative for those little details. We will certainly use him again in the future if needed!

ACR installed the glass when they said they would in professional manner. Chris's willingness to work with me on scheduling was a big plus.

He is an expert at windows and doors. He is prompt and his prices are very fair. He is very professional. He cleans up extremely well, you wouldn't even know he was in the house. His estimate was fair and he stuck to it. I would highly recommend him and I have.
