Came a little later than expected. Had the parts for an 8 foot door, mine was 7' 3". He called in and got it corrected and someone else was sent out with the correct parts while he was taking the old door down and out.

Had to have a new door ASAP because we couldn’t close the attached garage door. They were there promptly with quotes and put in a new temporary door. I wanted to upgrade so they had to order the windows I liked and come back after they were made. They worked with me getting the price I needed and didn’t charge for the time.

Was a little concerned when only 1 person showed up to install my 2 new garage doors and openers--wondering how is 1 person going to get this done in 8 hrs by himself. Well 6 hrs later he was finished taking out the old doors, intalling the new doors and openers, and ready to leave. The work area cleaned and I was instructed on how to enter security codes and on the use of my openers. Job well done!

Repairman was very professional; kind; prompt; helpful; courteous; efficient. he didnt have the part with him at the first appt but said he would order it. He managed to open my garage door manually so that i could get my car out. And if he received the part by sat then he would install it on sat. he was on time on sat & able to install the part without a problem. I was very happy w/results & company technician.
