My repair man, Ben, was very professional and timely. He was polite, assessed the situation, and went right to work repairing the problem. As he was leaving, I questioned him about the chain on my grandson's bike that I did not know how to fix, and, bless his heart, he knelt down on the garage floor and fixed it. Thank you Ben! I was contacted less than 12 hrs after I entered my info on HomeAdvisor. Travis came in the afternoon, gave me an estimate, explained the choices, and answered my questions. I hired him on the spot and he completed 2 garage door opener replacements that same day. He also sprayed the bearings on the old doors, just to be sure that everything was in top working order. He cleaned up after himself and left everything neat. I had arranged for an estimate from another company for that morning, also through HomeAdvisor, and the guy never showed or called. So Travis' professionalism was much appreciated.
