They were very professional and very fast with good quality work. I emailed a request for a quote at 10:30 on a Friday night and they were able to come out Saturday morning and fix my garage doors. They work great now. I would highly recommend this company.

Got a text that my tech was on the way (nice) and he arrived at the scheduled time. He was pleasant and completed the work quickly (less than an hour). Looked the door over thoroughly for any other issues but said things looked good. I've used Absolute Overhead Door before and have always had a positive experience.

They came out the day after I called them. They were completely professional. I wasn't home at time of install. Installer called me to let me know he was done and went over everything with me.

We assumed since the original door was 49 years old we needed a replacement. Zac arrived on time. He was polite and friendly. He looked at the door and told my husband that a new door was not absolutely necessary at this time because he could fix the problem. He fixed the (coil?) and the door opened and closed. But due to the age, we decided to get an estimate for a new door. Zac also said if we bought a new door, the $90.00 we paid for repairs would be deducted from the estimate. We also thought we would need to replace the garage door opener but Zac inspected it and said it was fine. We had two more estimates from other companies scheduled so we told him we would let him know if we wanted Absolute to install the door. The other two companies came and one estimate was a little more and the other was drastically less. We were so impressed with Zac's honesty and his customer service we decided to contact him to proceed. We were able to schedule for the next Monday. On Monday we receive an email with a picture of Derek, who would do the install. He arrived exactly on time and began the work. He and his helper finished in about 4 hours. Everything was cleaned and Derek made sure the garage door opener was working properly. We are so pleased with the employees of Absolute Overhead Door Service and the work they performed at our home, we would definitely recommend them!
