 + -1 moreFirst of all he was late to the first scheduled appointment and my husband had to call them. Not only that, but when they came out they said they had fixed the problem, but I had to call them in for a second time because we were still having issues with the furnace and were left with no heat. They came outr again and cleaned the ducts and basically gave up after that and said they didn't know what to tell me or what the problem was. I called a different company that was able to fix the problem right away.
Description of Work: My furnace was broken, they came out to take a look at it.
