They showed up very quickly, but then he tried to take advantage of my wife being a woman and point out something that wasn't even close to the problem.... "O it's your drain" when I got out of bed and said other wise his whole demeanor changed. He spent the next 4 hours ******** and complaining. He cut a 8 inch by 3 inch whole around my shower head. Then told my wife he couldn't find the problem, and that they can't cut holes in the wall. He even wrote that on the bill. The bill says bathroom is to out dated can't service, tile is to thick and I can't cut through it. Then he left. They caused more damage and didn't fix the problem. It took me 15 mins to identify that the seal went out on the faucet and drive to Lowe's by a new one and replace it. I will never let these people on my property or friends property again!

Shaun arrived on time, did the job and was reasonable in price.

I have a plumber that is very good and it is A&S Plumbing. He comes immediately if you need him immediately. He doesn't do unnecessary work. I have used his services for about a year now. He is very friendly and he is very knowledgeable.

As far as I can tell, the sump pump, the septic tank and the pipes were installed according to code as Shawn had indicated they had to be. The laundry tub appears to be installed correctly. The clean up from the cement tub removal could have been more complete.
We had to call them back on 2 occasions to adjust cabinet in basement and faucet for kitchen sink.
The estimate was confusing and not clearly stated and the final bill was $800 more than anticipated. Theand quot; surprise amount and quot; at the end of the day was about $400 more than other bids we had received.
Shawn and his assistant were prompt and polite. Shawn left for other appointments and his assistant performed the majority of the work.

Aand S not only fixed the problem, he explained the cause to me so I could prevent it in the future. He wasn't going to charge me at all for such a small problem but I insisted on paying him because it cost him to come here and fix the problem. I then asked him to review work done by my previous plumber and he did. I will continue using Aand S in the future because I trust the owner.

We had lived in our home a little over a month after relocating to Louisville from Seattle, Washington and our water heater started leaking. I checked the 2-10 home warranty that we received with the purchase of our home and the water heater was suppose to be covered. I placed a claim on-line and was put in touch with Sean at Aand S Plumbing by 2-10. Sean came to my house, confirmed that the water heater was in fact leaking, and coordinated with representatives at 2-10 to make sure the product was covered. Sean coordinated the ordering and pick up of a new water heater and installed said water heater in our home two days later.
I had concerns about having the warranty company select a water heater for us, as I am kind of picky about what products I put in my home, but Sean was very knowledgeable about the various product manufacturers and provided several good websites to research (I kind of over-analyze everything) the different brands of water heaters. Turns out that the warranty company selected one of the best brands on the market (Bradford White - Defender Safety Series), so we really lucked out. In addition to installing a new heater he pointed out how whomever installed the old unit took 'shortcuts' when installing the draft hood. He made sure that the draft hood was installed properly using all-new materials on the new unit.
Overall, I found Sean to be knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and provide a high quality service. I will use him in the future should I need additional plumbing work done.

Sean is always very responsive, courteous and thorough, which is why he is our plumber. We call on him for our remodeling work on our flip houses, for all plumbing work on our rentals and for our home as well. He is friendly, prompt, reasonable and we'll continue to call on him.

It was wonderful. He was so sweet and professional. He used booties, which I was really surprised to see. It is so funny how impressed I was with such a simple thing. He took his time to do the estimate, and he was true to the price, he even found an unsafe situation and fixed it right away for me. All in all, I will only use this man for my plumbing from now on.
