The first time he came out he said that I probably needed a new pump. He would get some prices and call me the next day. Several days past and no call. I should have left it at that. I called him and he said he thought it was just the valve and he sent out another repairman. As soon as he arrived he requested several towels. I would think he would bring something for him to lay on besides all of my towels. Anyway he said he ran the dishwasher and it was now draining. At this point I had paid $130. I ran the dishwasher and it didn't sound right and the dishes were not clean. So I did some troubleshooting and realized there was no water to the dishwasher. I checked the shutoff and it was on. I called them back and they sent yet a different guy out. He is not very pleasant and looks at it for about 5 minutes and he then tells me that it needs a new water valve and it would be at least another $45. At this point I say no. I call someone else and they come out and fixed it within 5 minutes. The wire to it was just disconnected from the second guy that attempted to repair the dishwasher. They show up in a little car with no appliance parts so your appliance will not be fixed the first time they show up. They are not professional looking as a matter of fact if I didn't expect them I would not even let them in my house. It was a total waste of $130.

was pleased with their work and their service responsiveness. Would not
hesitate to use again.

Not well.  The first visit was on 5/30/14.  Said it was repaired.  Tried using the next day but it still was working properly.  Called immediately and they return.  Repaired again at no cost.  Two days later it wouldn't work at all so we called another provider.

I called and got several estimates and scheduled with him, he was prompt and friendy.  on the phone he explained the service charge, and that if repairs was made it would be labor, part and tax instead. he had the part with him, and my stove was working withing 30 minutes, and the price was what he had quoted over the phone. He also told me a few laundry tips that has saved me alot of money, a way to get rid of that white fog on my dishes(it worked)!! and unjammed my disposal at no extra charge!! I must say, the nicest repair experience i've ever had!!! I've recomended him several times already, and my friends love him too!

Repairman missed first scheduled appointment and finally returned call after 2 days. Evaluated problem and was told original call charge would be deducted from cost of repair- It was not so charge was $45 higher than quoted.Overall , very negative experience.

My refrigerator wasn't cooling. I called early morning explained the problem and asked the cost of a service call. I was told $42.50. He diagnosed the problem as a burned circuit board on the telephone. This is a one man company. He indicated he could come out the end of the day (Friday) or Saturday and that he would call me later in the day to inform me of when he could fit me in. He came by around 2pm the day of my request, was in my home approximately :15 minutes, replaced the part and was on his way. He was knowledgeable and make the repair properly. All in all he did a fine job. The cost was a bit of a surprise. The $42.50 was for a trip charge of which he didn't charge me, however he did charge me $80 labor for the :15 minutes and $172 for the part. So, my charge was a bit higher than he explained on the telephone. He was also not as presentable as he should be and was very talkative about his personal life and other customers. He suggested the circuit board may have burned out due to a power surge and or recent lightening which can also cause power surges.

I think he did an excellent job, his service call was only $34.95, he came out on derby day, ordered the part, came back a few days later and fixed it. In the mean time, he got the refrigerator working so our food would not go spoiled.
