A Sure Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

The company is no professional as says. Called carpet cleaners and showed them the carpet. Paid extra for the deodorizer. Charlie who runs it stayed outside talking on the phone or to my husband. Left his son and worker in to clean the carpet. They said carpet was done and went back in the rooms. They were absolutely SOAKED! I had water coming at my feet stepping on the carpet. Charlie than checked the machine. The extractor button was not on. So his technicians as call them are not trained or would have caught that instead of me. The carpet did have urine on it. Which is why called to have it cleaned and paid extra for deodorizer. I called the next day on the 10th as my carpet stank worse than when they came out. What happened is the carpet was soaked as machine was not working properly and had soaked my pad of the carpet!I thought Charlie would have worked this out as said he would. Says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. NOT SO! Charlie made an apt to come down and re-do my carpets on the 12th by noon. I called at 12 and left a message again than at 12:40. Finally got a call back after 1pm Supposedly a death in family. But then said the carpet would have to be soaked and a special extractor to get the water out and smell. He does not have that machine. Then hung up on me as I "was not following him". I am sorry but as charlie said on phone should have kept the apt to come back and clean my carpets as he said. INSTEAD he HUNG UP! All I want is my carpets re-done! I see ads online 2 days later for carpet cleanings openings. So much for the death. Apparently couldn't keep my apt once got my money. In End. Their technicians are not properly trained to work equipment, has his 12yr old son or so spraying chemicals on your carpet.Their is no satisfaction guaranteed. Once they have your money they are done.They cleaned June 9th and I called June 10th. They made an apt to come back down on June 12th They cashed my check on June 11th and never showed up or called to cancel. I called and got hung up on.

I called Charles at A-Sure Clean and told him that I had entered a client's home and the client reported to me 2 days later that I had left foot prints on his carpet. I was very professional about the situation and took responsibility for my actions. I called Charles and went to my clients home within the hour on a Saturday. I had called others and did not even get a phone call back probably because it was a Saturday. Other companies had minimum of of $75 to $100. I even had one company that wanted to schedule  a person to perform an estimate next week before giving me a price. Charles did not hesitate about the small job, he was more concerned about fixing my large problem. I will not hesitate to call Charles again.
