We had this contractor evaluate our hardwood floors. He recommended a light sanding and two coats of polyurethane. When the job was finished it was a disaster. The polyurethane had bubbles everywhere and several areas did not have polyurethane on them. When we complained he said we should have had a full sanding instead of a light sanding (which he recommended). My wife and I spent over thirty thousand dollars on this remodeling project and I can assure you we would not have cut corners on the flooring. I would not recommend Pro tech flooring to anyone!!

"this was a recoat not a refinish job.i thought a recoat was what the floors needed.no flooring co.can guarantee a recoat will bond just perfactley ,the poly bonded very well for aprox.99percent of serface area.ms.winebrenner noticed asmall area in 1bedroom two in by three in with slight cantimination ,i offered to touch area up she was upset and refused .ioffered to apply the money she was spending on the recoat towardsa refinish job she said no there was nothing else i could do"

Excellent service, competitive pricing, quality work. Between the fumes and the inconvenience, getting your floors refinished is not fun, but David's professionalism and thoughtful service made it a good experience. He worked quickly and did a great job of cleaning up. The floors look gorgeous!
