I had 3 men as advised to make this move. They REALLY worked hard and kept at it all day. I was impressed with their work ethic and how they did not damage anything. The lady who I talked to on the phone was SUPER and got all this set-up. She was VERY good at her job. I was surprised how the cost was so much better than other estimates from other movers. Others advised using more men costing 3 times more. They said would be less hours billed. This job took less time with 3 men than other estimates I got using twice as many. I AM VERY HAPPY I USED THIS MOVER!!!

Easily accommodated my requests on fairly short notice. I used 5 men and 2 trucks and they loaded me in 4 hours!!(1500 sq foot house) ! What a dream.

The following day, they unloaded me in 4 hrs! Even organizing my garage for me!!

The guys were very accommodating of my requests to place certain boxes in certain harder to reach places.

I bought an older home where the new W/D could not fit through the door. The crew did not stop attempting to enter every door.

Finally we were able to get down to the basement. What an effort on the part of these guys. Others would probably have said they could not make it and I would have been stuck with an oversized dryer with no where to go.

In the long run, worth every penny to have a smooth move with minimal worry.

Will definitely use next move.

It was fine. The two guys who came out had tattoos all over. They did fine. We already had the boxes packed and they moved them. They came on time.

They showed up on time, however, they did not send enough men or trucks to do the job in one day. The driver just kept walking through the house and saying he couldn't do the job. I was totally flipped out as I had to be out of my house for a walk-through by early next morning. Apparently, they were short handed as they sent a crew to Fort Knox because they had not anticipated that my job was so large. Finally, they sent over a different truck and a different driver and his attitude was totally different. He had a take charge attitude and kept saying "let's get her done" to his staff. They worked hard all day in a heavy downpour, and were able to get the house emptied so that we could clean and get ready for walk-through. They did have to finish the out building and storage unit the following morning. They did not charge me a second drive time nor did they charge me for a weekend rate, as the two day move was their fault admittedly.
