"We are deeply saddened that this customer was left unsatisfied. There were some scheduling conflicts, some due to weather conditions. Unfortunately, sometimes materials that are pre-packaged may be damaged. Any time that happens, it is immediately returned. We used only brand new materials on this job and nothing was damaged when installed. We made several attempts to address all of the customer's complaints. We were actually hired to "fix" another contractor's mistakes. The items that she has listed were items that she hired us to correct. There was additional work added AFTER the original contract and price was agreed upon. It was made aware that the extra work that was requested would be an additional charge and due at the time of completion. In addition, this customer was given an additional discount from the original price simply based on the ongoing relationship with her referral source. At the time of completion of any of our projects, we perform a walk thru/inspection with the customer and require a certificate of satisfaction and completion to be signed. If the customer still has complaints, we put forth every effort to resolve any disputes or complaints that the customer may have. This customer not only agreed to her complete satisfaction of said job by signing the certificate, but also was aware and expecting the last invoice for the additional work, because when we handed her the last invoice in person, she immediately handed over the check for payment which she had already had prepared before being invoiced. We will accept ownership of any mistakes or poor choices that we make and will make every attempt to correct them, if given the opportunity. We even provide a written warranty on all labor performed. If this customer feels that the work performed was not satisfactory she had ample opportunity and right to have it corrected. This review is the first time we have been made aware of her disdain."
