The quote was originally for $2000 and it included not only installing PVC outside but also in the crawlspace. We only agreed to give them $700 after a couple days. The contractor wanted payment in full.  They dug up our landscaping to install the PVC and then put the plants back in the wrong locations.  They had to redo this and now there is a large bush which may not make it.  It sat out of the ground for 3 days and barely had any roots on it.  It looks very willted.  The grading was not done well either.  However Travis did come back out and worked on this as well as trying to save the bush.  We stopped the job on Wednesday because that day we were promised that the PVC work in the crawl space would be done.  No one showed up and no one called. We had been waiting for this to be done for over a week. We had been waiting to use our kitchen sink, washing machine and dishwasher because of a leak in the crawl space. We were told several times it will done and finally the last day with no communication we had had enough.

The overall service was excellent. They arrive early and very professional.
