A-1 ORNAMENTAL IRON

The company sent out Donny promptly to give an estimate, he was to call with an estimate in the next 2 days. We talked about requirements for the railing (Sturdy - not shaky, a 60 degree curve at the end of the rail), but he did not call. When I called he quoted me $550 - said it would be done in 2 weeks. They did not come for over a month. I kept calling, they did not return calls until I had called several times. I let him (Donny) know that the job needed to be complete by Thanksgiving when I had family coming to visit. Approximately one week before Thanksgiving they put up the rail. It was not sturdy, nor was the shape correct. I called to complain, he promised to re-enforce the rail. I called multiple times, it is still not sturdy. As of this date (1/4/09) the work has not been finished. In the mean time, they sent two bills for $702.00. I have not called in 6 weeks, neither have I heard from the company except for the bill. Nothing was ever put in writing.
