Working with Warren was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. I have a good working knowledge of computers, but there are times when a real professional is needed. He confirmed my diagnosis, gave me several options and was always upfront if something didn't go according to plan. He ended up replacing my hard drive and doing a total system upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit. At the end of the day, I got more than my money's worth and my computer has been working like a champ.
