Tri County Animal Clinic

I had a horse that I was afraid was having colic and I had used Tri State earlier for health certificate and immunizations for the horse when I bought him so I called them and since it was after hours, I had to leave a number for the on call person for the practice who called me a short time later. I began to explain what was going on with my horse and his cell phone dropped the call. I waited for him to call again but after 30 minutes, he did not call. I called and left my number again, but he never called back, despite knowing that my horse was potentially colicking. I waited another 10-15 minutes then when no one called, I called a different veterinarian and had a much better experience.
As I said before, I have used Tri State in the past, and the staff was friendly and pleasant and their prices for services were very reasonable. My only complaint is that when the chips were down and I had a horse that potentially had a life-threatening condition, they let me down.

They are about 35 miles from me. They are really good about treating the animals and getting them in to see them. They do not insist on the most expensive procedure.

We always have a good experience. Everyone is very helpful!
