TRI-STATE WHOLESALE

We ordered windows from Tri-State Wholesale. We told the girl what size we need the windows (not the rough opening). She ordered them as rough opening so our windows came too small. We tried to return them and have the correct size ordered. Tri- State Wholesale would not accept the return or order new ones. The windows are 1/2 inch too small each way and one of the widows measured wider at the top than at the bottom. We have been customers of Tri-State Wholesale for years, but we will not be buying from there ever again. After talking to my dad and brother, who also have bought from them for years, it seems that it happens quite often that things ordered come wrong.
