Interior Painting
My fiance and I had several painters give us estimates to paint a few rooms in our home. We decided to go with OrganizIT, but we now regret that choice. Doug used a paint sprayer for the whole job, leaving behind a mess that took us over five hours to clean up. Several areas were streaky or missed altogether. When we attempted to point these things out to him, he quickly became defensive. He did not finish the entire job because we did not have enough paint. However, he charged us for the entire job. We asked him to come back and finish it and he agreed, but kept putting us off. Finally we asked for a partial refund. Although he agreed to do this, he has yet to send us a check and has become completely hostile. We told him we were going to contact the BBB because we were not satisfied. His response was that one unhappy customer will not hurt his business. Horrible attitude, horrible workmanship. Avoid at all costs.
