Metal Roofing Repair
Was told he could fix the roof the $250. Didn't ask how he was going to fix it which was my mistake. He put sealer in a seam about 10 feet long which took 10 minutes tops. I (66 year old woman) got on the roof to see what he had done. When I contacted him and told him I couldn't believe he charged that much for what he did, he said he'd refund my money of the roof leaked again. Not my idea of a roof repair. Not an honest guy on my opinion.

"I gave her the option to remove the entire back side of the house due to the age of her roof and location of the leak .I was at her house twice once to bid and back to do the repair . She has not called for her money back so it must be fixed ."

We are a older couple and he does many jobs for us but on this occasion it was labor day weekend and our whole house was compllety without electric, he dripped everything and change9 his plans to make sure we had temporary electric to get us through the weekend and nit lose everything in our freezers. His work quality is awesome, evening fixing non related issues he discovered along the way. When the storm hit, i had no idea insurance claims can be dragged out for months.
