In response to (member name removed) response. He wanted me to give him a bid on wall paper removal, and I did. He wanted to know if I could be there on feb 2 and I said yes and my people were there, sometimes I can not be on every job, its hard to be at 2 places at once. Just to be honest I was finishing up a big painting job for a big company. When my wife, and one of my guys showed up on the date he wanted us to, They worke there butts off on removing the wall paper, it was not a easy job, and it sure doesn't come off fast. Well at the end of the day he then decides to tell my people that it has to be done by the end of the day. wall paper off pretty much the whole house, not happening that is impossible, he wanted a week job done in one day, and I made that clear to him before that I didn't know how fast it would come off, that it just depends. When you work with people like that no matter what you do you can not make them happy. I have my own business and have for a long time. I refuse to work under that kinda pressure, and I will not but my people out there with that kinda people, if you want a job done you have to allow the time for the job. This guy was wanting wall paper removed, the wall patched, walls painted, all in 1 week not going to happen, so I pulled off it was the best thing for me and my business, this guy would not have payed me if I didn't get it done on his made up impossible time frame. I haven't got my money for the walls we did clean off, so am I sorry NO, iam just sorry that my people got talked to the way they did. I don't expect my guys to treat customers bad, and I wont let customers talk bad to my guys.Service Provider Response
