Description of Work: Wrong stopper was installed and he needed to come back to put one in that would keep the water from draining. It took 4-5 days for him to come back.

 + -1 moreHe is prompt. He always comes out on a Saturday because he has work with other construction. The quality of what he did the last time he was here was pretty low. The last he was here, he had a helper that was pretty bad. I was not very happy with his worker.
Description of Work: I used the services of Colwells Plumbing. He put in a water heater and a commode. I have used him from the time I moved here.

 + -1 moreI do not recommend this company at all. First, when I called their and quot;businessand quot; number, a man answered with, and quot;Helloand quot;. Then, even though they are listed as a and quot;24 Hour Service,and quot; he interrupted my description of the job and told me it would be several days before he could get to me. When I told him that Angie's List had a and quot;24 hour service,and quot; rating, He rudly said that it was NOT (use of all caps is intentional). This was not acceptable.
Description of Work: Nothing; I didn't bother to hire them after my phone experience with them.

 + -1 moreColwell's Plumbing was contacted and my plumbing need was explained. Instead of scheduling an appointment he said he would call back later. I waited two days and received no phone call. I then called on two seperate occasions to schedule, but no one answered and there was no voice mail. I am disappointed with this company.

 + -1 moreWonderful from beginning to end.. Called for estimate and space evaluation. Came to home and assessed needs and my concerns/ wishes. Promptly set up an appointment. Was on time and did excellent work..
Description of Work: Installed new drain lines and fixtures for kitchen and bathroom sinks and tubs! Very efficient and knowledgable. Listened to my concerns and needs. Excellent work!

 + 0 moreThey arrived promplty, fixed one shower issue and assessed the second shower leak. They were informative and friendly.
Description of Work: Removal of broken overflow plate sqrews and consultaton for two seperate shower leaks. This service took place a few hours ago (3/25/11). This form would not allow me to post it as today so I had to put it on the 24th.

 + -1 moreHe had to work around me in the kitchen because I was cooking spaghetti sauce and had to keep stirring it and he was very nice doing so. I even gave him a taste of the sauce :) It was a good call. This was the 3rd time I have used his services and each time he is very nice and good at his job. I haven't had any trouble with his work.
Description of Work: I had a little leak under my kitchen sink and called Colwell Plumbing and he said he would be over within the hour and sure enough he was. He fixed the leak within 20 minutes.
