Worked ok after the first time, then problem occurred again. I could not get them to come back out for further service.

Fine but didnt need two people for this job. Also they could had removed the older rusted backing. They had to go to lowes on my time to get simple part, took them an hour when it could had been a thirty minute deal, even i could had made the trip and purchase in that time.
