Couldn't ask for better service.....They were prompt being on time....very professional

I did have to work a bit at communicating with these guys.  But once we got going things went pretty well.  The siding I had was not able to be matched exactly.  This was no surprise to me, so they came up with the next best thing and implemented it.  For the cost, it works just fine and it would have been very high to make it look perfect so they did this job well.  The gutters were replaced and/or fixed as some were missing and others were still intact.  Also had them look at roof leak, this they did OK at but there was a couple spots that weren't totally sealed when a strong storm came.  I called to have a return to work that roof some more and also paid more for this second visit.  This is fine with me because we knew it might need extra applications.  But I was not able to raise them for a third application.  It is unclear if they were busy or just tired of fooling with my problem.  Eventually, a new renter for the building agreed to work on the problem themselves and this became a non-issue.  

,Overall, these guys did plenty of good work for the money.  It was a reasonable price.  When we lost touch it only happened to be a short while later that the new renter took over the issue.  Had this not happened I would have continued to try to reach them before moving on to someone else.  One thing I will have to say is that they were nice and friendly and had good attitudes.    So while I see a little room for improvement, I would hire these guys again for future work.

Polite, pleasant, and came when they said they would.  Also was very good about calling if there was any delay.

I was referred to this company & its owner by one of the top rated handymen on Angie's List (I am unsure of protocol so I will not mention the other company's name).  I was trying to solve a pest problem and the company I called initially had a 3 week wait.  I needed help immediately.  I called Woodrum's Guttering & Repair and reached Joey Woodrum, the owner/operator.  He came out in just two days exactly at the prearranged time.  He was thorough in his estimate and a very amiable guy overall.  He quoted me a price and stuck to it- wrote me a contract on the spot.  He came to do the work in 3 days (I actually had to make him wait a day later than he wanted to come because I had to be home to let him get access to the crawlspace).  He said he occasionally contracts guys to work with him on bigger jobs but always makes sure he is with them to make sure everything is done the right way & to his satisfaction.  He came to my house with one other guy and they went right to work.  The aforementioned items were completed per the original contract in just a couple of hours.  What impressed me the most was that he fixed stuff that was NOT in the contract.  Just relatively minor things that he would ask me about before repairing, but he wouldn't leave a section of gutter bent if he got near it.  He tightened ALL of my gutters as he went around inspecting the soffits & siding.  He also cleaned out debris that was clogging the gutters.  Joey was very professional & polite the entire time.  He paid attention to all the little details and he obviously takes pride in his work.  His prices are the most reasonable that I have found (this is my 4th time using a handyman service).  I am already thinking up jobs for him to do in the future.

There was an interior leak and Mr. Woodrum quickly ascertained the source of the leak.  Two roof vents had been installed incorrectly.  Great response, great work, polite workers.
