Mr. Doyne worked diligently to disrupt my life as little as possible, undertaking the remodeling of one bathroom at a time. He arrive his arrived on time every day and worked steadily until about 4:30 each day when he would clean up to prevent any damage to other parts of my house. He covered my carpets with tarps in order not to track dust, cement, and plaster through my home. At the time that Mr. Doyne was working on my bathrooms, a neighbor with a house built in the same era as mine decided to have his bathroom remodeled by one of those firms that promises to complete the work in a week. While it took about 3 weeks for each of my bathrooms to be remodeled, it actually took my neighbor's contractor longer--due to mis-measurements, damage to material during installation, and other mishaps. In addition, his bathroom remodel cost more than it cost to redo one of mine. In addition, Mr. Doyne ha done some work in 2011 at my church (I'm a pastor), serving as a general contractor for the remodeling of the church basement of a small church in rural Woodford County. The church basement had been untouched except for paint from the time the building was erected in 1962. The interior structure had to be stripped of outdated materials, have new laminate floors and lighting installed, and an entirely new kitchen and bathroom constructed. This included the demolition of the old kitchen, replacement of the plumbing, installation of new cabinetry, and a dishwasher. In both the work at my home and at the church, Mr Doyne was, at all times, polite, good humored, easy to work with, and neat and tidy. His prices for the remodeling of my bathrooms came well under what I might have paid to another firm. I had received bids for the work from two other contractors, but elected to go with Bill Doyne because of the quality of his work done at my church, and because his price was far more in line with my budget. I recommend William Doyne without reservation to anyone seeking home or business remodeling.

William Doyne Construction replaced bathroom floor, sink, required plumbing and medicine cabinet one year ago. This is just the latest of many re-modeling projects Bill has completed for me over the last 7 years. He has also replaced a window with a sliding glass door. He finished a total kitchen remodel, as well as many painting and repair projects. My older home needed several upgrades. Bill approached each project with a sincere interest in doing a good job. He clearly explained his estimates and requested pre-approval from me if any variation was needed. He was committed to providing exactly what I wanted but was also willing to provide suggestions if I was undecided. I found his judgment to be very helpful. There were some jobs that Bill contracted out to other craftsmen. In these instances, he provided coordination with them and checked on their work. This was crucial to me as I was employed fulltime and had little opportunity to provide oversight during work hours. I plan on calling Bill in the future for any additional work needed in my home. He is a pleasant, honest, and kind man. His craftsmanship is excellent. I recommend him without reservation..
