Exceptionally well. Problem was determined, recommendations/options were spelled out, choices were made and the parts were obtained. The job was completed by the next morning. I could not be happier with the overall experience and outcome. Would definitely recommend Scott for your residential plumbing needs.

I called and told Scott the problem and he said he would be here within the hour and he was! After checking it out he said it did not need to be replaced that it could be fixed. He had it completed and cleaned up in about 30 minutes for hundreds less that I thought I would be spending!

I recognized that I had a sump pump issue at 10:00 pm. I called to schedule for the next morning. Owner/service provider Scott Metts was so gracious about the late call, and was able to schedule for this morning. He arrived on time, and provided us with what appeared to be a completely reasonable estimate. Upon service completion, the estimated cost remained the same. Mr. Metts explained all the issues and the steps needed to correct the problem. He also took time afterwards to answer questions that we had about potential jobs that we might need. He was so very courteous during the visit. I will not hesitate to call Wildcat Plumbing with any of our service needs.

Scott has done work for me before, with an older home there is always something to deal with. This time it was a leak in the upstairs bathroom. He came out the same morning I called and I just authorized turning off the water (the valve was broken so my attempts didn't work). It was not a convenient time for me to have the toilet replaced when Scott let me know it was cracked. I contacted him the next week and he came when I could be home, very prompt and being available that day was very helpful to me. He purchased and brought the toilet as I requested, installed it quickly and since it was a model that saves water explained how to operate it to minimize the water usage. This was the third time I have called Scott and had him do work for me, I have always been satisfied and feel very strongly that he is trustworthy, will do good work but never try to push things that aren't needed. I have complete confidence in his integrity and would recommend him without hesitation. The next time something happens - and it will - I will call Scott to take care of it.

Toilet repairs were completed and leak was identified.  He then referred me to another plumber who specialized in that type of repairs.  He also followed up with me to make sure the leak was repaired.  My family and I have used Wildcat Plumbing in the past and the service has always been very professional and of the highest quality.  Without any hesitation I would recommend Wildcat Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repairs.
