We first called Fayette heating and air to come and see what the problem was, they came out and I told them the exact same thing I told Victory HVAC however they did not correct the issues in the thermostat that I installed improperly and advised me the coil in the fan was damaged. I asked how much this would cost to repair and they advised me I would need a new fan which would run about $800 just for the part. This was on top of the $90 service call I had to pay for them to tell me this. Knowing what I know now this would not have fixed the unit so there would have been additional cost after they replaced a fan that was not damaged. This is a homeowners worst fear as I am not very familiar with HVAC unit.
After Fayette heating and air told me this I reached out to Tom from Victory HVAC who was referred to from a friend. Like I said above, Tom came over the same day I had Fayette Heating and air over and was able to tell me the relay was bad in the unit and a replacement was $150. He was able to bypass the relay for the night so we would have air and brought a new one over the next day.
I have since called Victory HVAC again to come over and check my other unit when it shut off, $50 later he found the problem and it was fixed.
I HIGHLY recommend Victory HVAC and will be using them for any of my HVAC needs.
