I was extremely disappointed with Valvoline Service Center to the point were I called their customer service line and got absolutely no satisfaction. I was heading out of town and my oil light came on so I pulled in a few minutes after Valvoline Service Center closed because the open sign was still on, to quickly just check my oil level, and he told me to come back in the morning.

There is no waiting time, and they don't mind if you come back in between oil changes. They will check your oil and top it off at no charge. They don't care how many times you come in. They will even put oil in your tires if you need it.
