I pull my car in and usually walk across the street to shop at walgreens or get lunch at chik filet. when I return the car is always ready to go. They are affordable and fast and you don't need an appointment. They also take competitor coupons which is great.

I wasn't in a particular hurry but it took a lot longer than it should. 45 minutes total. They didn't have the filter I needed so they ran down the street to get the part from the parts store. They didn't tell me this. They just left me sitting in the hot car wondering what was taking so long. Finally, when someone did come over to explain he was a bit rude and came across as offensive.

We had an oil change at this Valvoline location on July 24. We noticed the next morning that oil was leaking on our driveway, so we took the car back and the technician on duty told us that the technician the previous day had neglected to put the oil drain gasket back on the car. She asked another technician drain the oil, replace the gasket and plug, and refill the oil at no charge. She did not apologize for the previous day's mistake. We had no further problems.
