I spoke with the manager about refunding my warranty as I have not made a claim against it up to now. I was told that there was nothing he could do. I am upset because the warranty details should have been made available before purchase. The salesman knew I was concerned about cats and he should have said that warranty does not cover scratches. The manager should have made it right and either refunded my 79.99 plus tax or done something comparable. I will never shop there again no matter how good the prices!

Terrible!   They should have credited my credit card the day of the return.  I have had to call three times and visit the store twice.   They say they have to credit me the way I paid for the sofa - via my card.  This has not shown up and it's been two weeks.   I actually paid for the sofa at the end of August, but the sofa was on backorder.   So it wasn't delivered until the 17th of September.   They picked it up the 21st.   I'm still waiting to get my money credited back.   Beware if you purchase something there and return it.  No other place to which I've returned things has taken this long.   It's not the card company.   They can't find out what's wrong.  They said at first it takes 72 hours.   Now they are saying 5-10 days.   Each time I talk with someone, I get a different answer.
