At first, their service went very well. I've used this company for a few years and find them to be irregular in service. Yard maintenance is a side-business for them. Their main business is landscape design and installation. However, since they sell the service, I expect them to perform quality work on-time. My yard was in bad shape due to prior contractor's neglect. I was pleased with the first year service. After that, I found I had to call them to see when they were coming by. My yard started to become spotty with dry/dead areas. I paid around $1,000 to have the power seed. They did a great job on that. However, I have not been pleased with the regular treatments so far this year. They've missed two already and don't follow-up when I call. It could be due to the drought, but I would expect a call or flyer in the mail explaining that.

I feel that they do just a fine job. I do not see them much because I am not living in that house right now. However, they do their job and it gets done. Pricing depends on the size of the yard, but, it is worth it I think. They seem to do good keeping up with the lawn, so I have no complaints.
